Join us as a Payroll Officer and contribute to the success of our organisation by delivering timely, consistent and effective pay solutions and services.

We are seeking a highly motivated individual with excellent organisational skills and ability to work effectively within a hybrid team environment.

The successful candidate will possess strong interpersonal skills and written communication skills, with the ability to provide various reports as necessary for payroll.

In this role, you will be responsible for processing the monthly pay runs, administering leave entitlements and answering general payroll related queries.

You will also be required to administer Worker's Compensation issues, ensure the effective and efficient processing of superannuation administration and create and maintain employee payroll master files.

Additionally, you will be responsible for providing various reports as necessary for payroll and working in collaboration with the Group Accountant for STP and other finance compliance and reporting.

To be successful in this role, you will require qualifications in Pay Administration or Accounting and similar experience in relevant roles such as payroll, interpreting contracts of employment and awards as they relate to payroll.
