Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute compensation, benefits, and retirement strategies that align with our workforce strategy and promote employee engagement, retention, and motivation.

Lead the design and implementation of total rewards programs, ensuring they are competitive, equitable, and compliant with relevant legislation.
">
Oversee payroll processing for Toronto and US operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
">
Spearhead process improvement initiatives to streamline and standardize payroll activities, reducing costs and enhancing efficiency.
">
Manage vendor relationships, ensuring service standards are met, and employees receive maximum benefit from external systems.
">
Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement wellness strategies, analyzing trends and program effectiveness to inform leadership decisions.

Requirements:
">
To succeed in this critical role, you must possess a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field, supplemented by 10+ years of progressive HR experience in compensation / total rewards, benefits, and pension administration. A Master's degree or HR certification is considered an asset. Your expertise should include thorough understanding of employment legislation, problem analysis and solving, and process improvement skills.
