To be successful in this role, you will need to have relevant tertiary qualifications in risk management, WHS, compliance, or a related field. A minimum of 3–5 years' experience in a similar role, preferably within an educational or not-for-profit setting, is also required.
">In addition, you will need to have strong knowledge of WHS legislation, privacy, workers compensation, and risk management frameworks. Experience in policy development, compliance reporting, and incident investigation is highly desirable.
">A committed Christian with a personal faith in Jesus Christ and alignment with our School's Doctrinal Basis is essential for this role. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are also required, as well as high attention to detail and organisational skills.
