Estee Lauder - Beauty Advisor - Myer MaroochydoreJob Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate makeup artist to join our team as a Beauty Advisor at Myer Maroochydore. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, educating and inspiring our customers, and creating a welcoming and personalized in-store experience.

As a Beauty Advisor, you will have the opportunity to work with a wide range of products and services, including makeup, skincare, and fragrances. You will also be responsible for maintaining a high level of visual merchandising standards, ensuring that our store looks its best at all times.

We are looking for a dynamic and self-motivated individual who is passionate about the beauty industry and has a strong desire to learn and grow with our company. If you are a team player who is able to work well under pressure and has excellent communication skills, we would love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service and ensure that all customers receive a personalized and welcoming experience
• Educate and inspire customers on our products and services, including makeup, skincare, and fragrances
• Maintain a high level of visual merchandising standards, ensuring that our store looks its best at all times
• Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales targets and drive business results
• Participate in in-store events and promotions, and contribute to the development of new ideas and initiatives

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a retail or beauty-related role is highly desirable
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
• Basic knowledge of makeup and skincare products and services is essential
• Availability to work a variety of shifts, including days, nights, weekends, and special events
