Motors Claims Coordination Position

The role of a Motor Claims Coordinator involves managing assessing and towing workflows from lodgement through to repair, providing support while delivering outstanding customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Support the assessment process, allocating assessments based on complexity, customer needs, location, and expertise. Coordinate and oversee towing operations, negotiating costs.
- Ensure accurate reserving and cost-effective methods. Negotiate settlements and identify potential recoveries and salvage opportunities.
- Manage inbound and outbound calls relating to Commercial Motor Claims, keeping customers and stakeholders informed of claim progress.
- Gather and interpret information for claims, creating and managing action plans for claim fulfilment.
- Industry-related qualifications (desired).
- Proven customer service delivery.
- Exceptional listening, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Demonstrate empathy and build rapport with customers and partners.
- Strong problem-solving skills, commercial awareness, and cost management.
- Manage high-volume workloads, prioritise effectively, and work under pressure.
- Self-motivated, accountable, and eager to learn quickly.
