Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our team as a Business Systems Analyst. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a global leader in sustainable paper and packaging solutions.

As a Business Systems Analyst, you will be responsible for liaising between ITD, services teams, and plant leadership to support capital projects and operational changes. You will partner with global teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Liaise between stakeholders to ensure effective project management.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
  • Promote effective communication and foster a culture of creativity and continuous improvement.
  • Support the implementation of new processes and technology.
  • Act as a liaison between business units and IT to improve their relationship.
  • Engage key stakeholders to ensure the deployed solution meets business requirements.
  • Identify opportunities for technology enablement to enhance business operations.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years' experience within a manufacturing environment supporting IT and business needs.
  • Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Driving execution & task management skills to manage work through ITD functions.
  • Understanding of project management techniques and methods.
  • Ability to build relationships and establish stakeholder networks at local sites.
  • Experience implementing operational management systems.
  • Proficiency in standard model processes being deployed.
  • Ability to collaborate and encourage collaboration to achieve results.
