The Opportunity

Based in Sydney, this Business Analyst role is your gateway into the Sales Strategy & Operations team. From day one, you'll work on real projects that shape how businesses connect with their customers. You'll gain hands-on experience, mentorship, and tailored training while contributing to strategic initiatives that drive growth across the region.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Creating data-driven insights and presentation materials using GSheets, Tableau, CRM platforms, and other BI tools.
  • Supporting go-to-market strategy execution: market segmentation, headcount planning, territory implementation, and quota setting.
  • Tracking KPIs and summarizing performance insights in executive-ready presentations.
  • Running ad-hoc analyses to support internal stakeholders and sales leaders.
  • Contributing to cross-functional initiatives across strategy, programs, and enablement.
Required Skills
  • Recent graduate in an analytical discipline (e.g., Engineering, Computer Science, Finance).
  • 2-3 years of experience in data analytics or business operations.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a "get things done" attitude.
  • Willingness to learn new BI and reporting tools.
Desirable Skills
  • Experience with SQL and Tableau.
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms and business intelligence tools.
  • Ability to communicate insights effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
