Senior Project Manager Position

About the Role:

This position will play a pivotal role in managing and coordinating all activities in line with land development and major infrastructure projects, particularly greenfield subdivisions.

Key responsibilities include encompassing everything from master planning and development applications through to the final handover of projects, ensuring efficiency, timing, and quality delivery.

Candidates should have a strong background in civil engineering and land development, with experience delivering end-to-end on land development projects, particularly greenfield subdivisions.

The ideal candidate will be confident in their client interactions, able to maintain financial records and timely invoicing, and uphold quality assurance.

About You:

Candidates should have at least 7 years of solid project delivery experience, preferably in a Project Manager seat or as a Senior Project Manager. Experience working across broader greenfield developments, residential, and commercial projects will also be considered.

A strong team player with excellent communication skills, you will thrive in a collaborative environment where your contributions are valued.

Required Skills:
