Site Operations Specialist

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Project Supervisor to oversee the successful delivery of projects, ensuring adherence to safety standards, quality benchmarks, and project timelines.
- Assist the Site Manager in coordinating and supervising all construction activities
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
- Oversee the excavation, structure, and finishes phases of the project
- Collaborate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure project objectives are met
- Provide leadership and guidance to site staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment
- Monitor project progress and report to the Site Manager on a regular basis
- Act as a mentor to junior staff, preparing them for future leadership roles
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Foreman delivering projects with significant scope
- Previous experience working with construction companies with Tier 1-2 capabilities
- Experience with finishes and facade on previous projects
- Good proven tenure at previous organizations
- Strong commitment to safety and excellent communication skills
- Proficiency in managing excavation and structure phases of construction projects
- A can-do attitude and good work ethic
- Ability to effectively lead a team and solve problems under pressure
Key Qualifications: The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of delivering projects on time and within budget, with excellent leadership and communication skills.
