Incident Coordinator Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Incident Coordinator to join our team in Canberra. This is a permanent position that requires strong communication and problem-solving skills.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and escalating incidents, maintaining high standards of written and verbal communication, and participating in weekly governance meetings. They will also perform routine service management duties, including generating and distributing reports, monitoring incident records, and engaging in post-incident reviews.
Key Responsibilities- Attending and contributing to process-related meetings, such as Daily Operations, Change Advisory Board, and Problem Review Board
- Acting as an escalation path for Service Desk activities and assisting in coordinating and engaging other Service Providers
- Maintaining high standards of written and verbal communications
- Participating in weekly governance meetings
- Generating and distributing reports and/or providing dashboards for clients and SIAM Integrator
- Monitoring Incident Records for completeness for internal support
- Engaging Problem Management Root Cause Analysis and provide support for Problem Record
- 12 months or more experience in Incident or Problem Management roles
- ITIL v4 certification, or ITIL v3 with the ability to obtain ITIL v4
- Experience working with different levels of stakeholders and clients
- Experience within a multi-vendor environment
- A competitive salary of $80,000 - $110,000 per annum
