Incident Management Specialist

In this challenging and dynamic role, you will be responsible for coordinating the management and resolution of ICT incidents, ensuring swift restoration of ICT capabilities. You will work closely with stakeholders to prioritize and manage incident resolution, utilizing your strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Your Key Responsibilities
• Coordinate major incident management and lead the resolution of high-priority incidents.
• Ensure adherence to operational level agreements and maintain high standards of process execution.
• Participate in Continual Service Improvement initiatives to enhance the Major Incident Management process.
• Develop and foster successful relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Create high-level summaries and briefings for executive stakeholders.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends, and be on site without remote work options.
Requirements
• Essential: Hold an active AGSVA NV1 Security Clearance.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and interpersonal skills.
