As a key member of our team, you will support the engineering function by manufacturing tools or subassemblies. This role requires a proactive and self-motivated individual with strong problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and conduct root cause analysis of any manufacturing issues based on understanding of thermite heater technology.

The ideal candidate will have experience as a Manufacturing Technician and possess knowledge of 5s principles. They should also be able to read and understand engineering drawings and processes, with a strong emphasis on HSE ethics.

This is a dynamic team environment where collaboration and excellent organizational and verbal/written communication skills are essential. You will contribute to operation's and assembly manual content and participate in design reviews proposing feedback based on operational experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the engineering function by manufacturing tools or subassemblies
  • Troubleshoot and conduct root cause analysis of any manufacturing issues based on understanding of thermite heater technology
  • Build and assemble tools including specialized thermite heaters
  • Take responsibility for planning own work to meet production and schedule requirements
Required Skills and Qualifications

Essential Requirements:

  • Experience as a Manufacturing Technician
  • Knowledge of 5s principles
  • Read and understand engineering drawings and processes
  • Strong HSE ethics

Desirable Requirements:

  • Ability to mentor other less senior technicians
  • Excellent organizational and verbal/written communication skills
  • Working knowledge of general laboratory/manufacturing safety & record keeping
  • Good mathematical skill is essential
