  • Taking and processing new referrals for clients.
  • Scheduling appointments with technicians and responders.
  • Liaising with council colleagues, customers, and third-party community services.
  • Assisting with promotional activities and marketing campaigns.
  • Setting up new client equipment and processing returned equipment.
  • Processing and updating client data on databases.
  • Managing stock in/out of the office.
  • Assisting the accounts team with payment processing.
  • Handling sensitive client information with confidentiality.
