The RoleThis role offers the chance to work in one of Melbourne's largest municipalities, with a diverse community and a strong focus on sustainability.
- You will be reporting to the Climate Emergency Coordinator and will have the opportunity to bring your technical expertise in energy sector to contribute to the municipality's goals.
Your key responsibilities will include providing specialized technical knowledge and industry expertise in energy sector, ensuring compliance with Federal and State Government policies and guidelines, and utilizing expert level computer competency in spread sheets and data base applications.
Required Skills and QualificationsTo succeed in this role, you will need relevant tertiary qualifications in a related field and demonstrated work experience and specialised technical expertise in energy sector.
- You will also need expert level computer literacy in Microsoft Word/Excel/PowerPoint and local government experience would be beneficial.
