Overview

Ayers Rock Resort is seeking a Front Office Supervisor to live and work onsite at Yulara, NT, which is 20 minutes from Uluru, a iconic landmark. This role involves overseeing the daily operations of the hotel front office by managing a team of guest service agents, ensuring guest satisfaction, and ensuring that all processes and procedures are followed accurately and efficiently.

Responsibilities
  • Supervise the Front Office team and ensure all processes are adhered to in line with department procedures.
  • Assist in the training of new front office team members and act as a role model to team members.
  • Provide a high standard of quality service to all guests by responding to all enquiries and issues efficiently.

Experience with Opera Cloud is highly regarded
