About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Pathology Collector to join our team at QML Pathology, a leading healthcare organization in Australia.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collect blood and non-blood samples with care and attention to detail
  • Maintain accurate records for every patient and sample
  • Deliver documentation within strict turnaround times
  • Prepare and package specimens for transport and testing
  • Liaise with customers, clinic staff, and couriers

Requirements
  • Transferable skills gained in other positions within the healthcare industry highly desirable
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills, with a high level of empathy
  • Organized, with strong time management and attention to detail
  • Ability to work autonomously, sometimes working independently in a solo clinic
  • Valid Driver's license and flexibility to travel to multiple clinics
  • Working with Children's Check or willingness to obtain one
  • Australian citizenship, permanent residency, or a valid visa with permission to work
