As a Registered Nurse, you will utilize best practice evidence to deliver person-centered care in collaboration with the multidisciplinary healthcare team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver nursing care in collaboration with patients and their families.
- Apply evidence-based practice and critical thinking to advocate for individualized, person-centered care.
- Prioritize and organize workload to ensure safe and effective care delivery.
- Provide supervision and support for less experienced clinicians to promote quality care.
Essential Qualifications:
- Current Registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) as a Registered Nurse.
- Competence and knowledge in providing nursing care within a multidisciplinary team.
Desirable Qualifications:
- Effective clinical communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize and organize workload with integrity and accountability.
