About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing person-centred, evidence-based nursing care to promote positive health outcomes.

The role involves assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating nursing care in collaboration with individuals and the multidisciplinary healthcare team. You will work in therapeutic relationships with individuals, families, groups and communities, and assist in supervision and support for less experienced clinicians.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality, patient-focused nursing care to achieve optimal health outcomes.
  • Conduct thorough assessments of patients' needs and develop individualised care plans.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive care.
  • Support and supervise less experienced nurses to ensure high standards of care.
Requirements
  • A current AHPRA registration.
  • An applicable vaccination requirement for a Category A role.
  • A Working With Children Check (WWCC).
