Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage high-volume inbound customer calls and initiate outbound calls when necessary.
  • Support customers in resolving product warranty issues promptly and professionally.
  • Collaborate with the Quality Assurance team for technical support and assistance.
  • Address customer complaints and work on solutions to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Oversee and diagnose customer warranty requests effectively.
  • Troubleshoot issues and provide clear, effective solutions.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and product advice.
  • Maintain accurate customer records within our database system.
  • Monitor and report on claims, issues, and key performance metrics.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Customer Service, specifically in Warranty and After Sales.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a high-volume inbound call center environment.
  • Confidence in conflict resolution and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong technical aptitude and computer proficiency (preferably with Microsoft).
  • Effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.
