**Technical Service Manager Role**A career-defining opportunity has arisen for an experienced Technical Service Manager to join our dynamic team in Sydney. We're seeking a skilled professional with a passion for delivering exceptional technical support and building strong relationships with clients.About the Role:We're looking for someone who is proficient in Microsoft 365, infrastructure, and networking. Your expertise will enable you to provide expert guidance to clients and help them get the most out of their technology.You'll spend approximately half your time on-site with clients, where you'll build trust and long-term partnerships by being the go-to technical contact. The rest of your time will be spent working with our engineering team to review performance, identify patterns, and deliver smart solutions.Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Be the primary point of contact for technical issues, providing clear and actionable advice to clients.
  • Run regular service reviews, analyzing data to identify recurring issues and drive proactive fixes.
  • Work closely with engineers to ensure seamless technical delivery and effective problem-solving.
  • Handle escalations and contribute to service design, helping shape our growth strategy in Australia.
