Job Overview

Director Mental Health Operations

This role is responsible for providing high-level advice and leadership for a series of projects within the mental health services division.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide strategic advice and guidance to senior management on mental health service delivery.
  • Develop and implement project plans, ensuring timely and effective delivery of outcomes.
  • Lead and manage cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize project needs.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant policies, procedures, and regulations.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g. public health, psychology, social work).
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a leadership or management role within the mental health sector.
  • Proven track record of successful project delivery and team leadership.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Awareness of and commitment to cultural safety principles.
