**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Accounting Administrator to join our client's team in Essendon. As a Senior Accounting Administrator, you will provide critical support to the accounting team and have the opportunity to grow into a senior role, mentoring and guiding junior administrative staff.

**Key Responsibilities**

• Prepare client correspondence, including letters to the Australian Taxation Office (ATO)

• Utilize various accounting software, including the APS Database, CAS, ATO, and ASIC

• Collate financial statements and tax returns

• Prepare letters associated with these documents

• Provide corporate secretarial support

• Assist with the formation of business structures, companies, trusts, and Self-Managed Super Funds (SMSF)

• Participate in projects and contribute to process improvements to enhance the company's efficiency

**Requirements**

• Certificate IV in Business or Business Administration

• At least 5 years of experience in a corporate office environment

• Proven leadership skills, with the ability to lead a team

• Experience with database maintenance

• Intermediate to advanced level of Microsoft Office skills
