About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Officer to join our team at the City of Rockingham. As a key member of our Community Capacity Building team, you will play a vital role in planning, promoting, delivering, and evaluating a variety of highly valued community programs and events throughout the year.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement community programs and events that meet the needs of our diverse community
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and support
  • Provide exceptional customer service and administrative program support to key teams as needed
  • Collaborate with diverse teams across multiple portfolios to share innovative ideas and suggestions for continuous improvement
  • Contribute to the development and distribution of informative newsletters and promotional materials
What We Offer
  • A gross salary of $74,999 per annum
  • Option to work a 19 day month or a 9 day fortnight
  • Flexible working arrangements
  • Two additional paid days of leave per annum
  • Opportunity for study leave / support
  • 11.5% superannuation with the option to co-contribute up to a further 5%
