Job Title: Brake Press Operator

We are seeking an experienced Brake Press Machine Operator to join our team for ongoing work in Welshpool. The selected candidate will be responsible for setting up and operating Press Machines, including Brakes and Rollers, as well as assisting with loading and unloading materials.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Setting Up and Operating Press Machines: The successful candidate will be responsible for setting up and operating Press Machines, including Brakes and Rollers, ensuring efficient production processes.
  • Loading and Unloading Materials: As part of the team, you will assist with loading and unloading materials, maintaining a safe and organized work environment.
  • Maintenance and Cleaning: Regular maintenance and cleaning of machinery is essential to ensure optimal performance and prevent downtime.
  • Quality Control: You will be responsible for monitoring and inspecting finished products to ensure they meet quality standards.
Requirements:
  • Prior Experience: A minimum of 2 years' experience operating Press Machines is required.
  • Technical Skills: Excellent understanding of blueprints, drawings, and technical specifications is necessary for this role.
  • Ability to Work Independently: The ideal candidate will have the ability to work efficiently and independently, with minimal supervision.
  • Learning and Development: A willingness to learn new equipment and techniques is essential for career growth and development.
