Plant Metallurgist Role

Lithium plays a crucial part in the shift to clean energy.

We are seeking highly motivated individuals to join our team as Plant Metallurgists.

About the Job

The successful candidate will provide technical support to the Processing team to achieve on-specification production, ensuring production meets planned rates and maintaining metallurgical accounting and reporting requirements.

  • Provide technical information and direction to the operational team, including problem-solving and target setting;
  • Maintain production to specification and meet planned rates;
  • Conduct plant surveys and trials to optimize performance;
  • Identify and implement projects to improve plant efficiency;
  • Work collaboratively with the team to maintain a positive work environment.

This is a permanent, full-time position working an attractive roster at our site.

About You

We are looking for safety-focused individuals who are willing to learn and contribute to the success of our processing team.

  • A tertiary qualification in Extractive Metallurgy or equivalent is necessary;
  • Minimum 3 years experience;
  • A willingness to contribute toward the success of your team while supporting a positive team culture;
