With 75+ homes built each year, most in the $500k–$1M+ range, Westbuilt Homes are known for delivering high-end modular homes with a focus on craftsmanship, customer care and innovation.
We are searching for a confident, professional and capable Residential Sales Consultant to guide our customers through the initial stages of their new home journey with care. This role requires a person that understands the emotional and financial significance of building a new home and appreciates that it's a process that requires patience, empathy, and trust.
Core Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities through inbound leads, referrals, networks, and community engagement.
- Proactively generate and convert leads through effective customer consultation, ensuring a tailored proposal is developed and aligned with the customer needs.
- Build strong customer relationships, clearly communicate complex concepts, and deliver a professional, customer-focused experience.
- Close sales efficiently while ensuring a seamless and customer-centric experience.
- Effectively manage leads in our CRM: conduct meetings and follow-ups, and track performance against sales KPI's.
- Maintain knowledge of Westbuilt's products and other residential building industry trends to support an informed and a truly customer centric sales process.
- Ability to travel to the Head Office in Warwick each fortnight, and travel to meet customers for consultations.
- Sales experiences, within high-end residential construction or real estate
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent relationship building skills, ability to establish trust quickly, understanding customer motivations goals and objectives
- Confident closer with energy to win new business and navigate emotional, long-cycle B2C sales
- Comfortable working with a wide range of customer profiles – from high-end customers to rural buyers
- Experience working with a CRM – Salesforce, HubSpot or similar
- Confidence and knowledge to explain complex building terminology clearly and concisely
