Job Title:

HRIS Administrator

Job Description:

Our company is seeking an experienced HRIS professional to manage CHRIS21 and Kiosk systems. The successful candidate will have a strong background in HRIS systems, including Chris 21 and Kronos.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective processes for CHRIS21 and Kiosk systems.
  • Lead the development team to create accurate and timely reporting and data interfaces from CHRIS21 and Kiosk systems.
  • Evaluate and recommend system and process improvements to optimize performance and workflow effectiveness.
  • Provide user support for CHRIS21 and Kiosk systems and resolve customer problems.
  • Manage the administration of staffing establishment and associated employee administration.
  • Conduct regular audits and reconciliations of CHRIS21 and Kiosk systems.
  • Build relationships with clients to understand their HRIS data, process, and reporting needs.

Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge of CHRIS21 and Kronos systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with business users and other system teams.
