The Role Our Café/Kiosk Attendants need to have the highest level of customer service skills.The primary responsibility of our Café/Kiosk Attendants is to deliver first class services to our patrons ensuring it's in line with our Mission, Vision and Values.Key areas of responsibility include:Provide excellent customer service to all customersMaintain the appearance and presentation of the caféReplenish condiments as neededFollow health and safety guidelinesCashier experience, taking orders and handling cashApply sound cash handling principles and use of Point of Sale (POS) systemsPromote the centre's services and programs to our patronsDevelop and maintain good working relations with patronsProvide information on our product range, including promoting healthy food optionsAbility to work mornings, evenings and weekends.
Hours may increase during the centre's peak periodsSkills & Attributes:Positive, friendly, helpful and energetic work styleCoffee making/barista skillsCurrent CPR CertificateCurrent Food Handlers QualificationPolice CheckWorking with Children CheckAbility to be flexible during the centre's peak periods The Company Belgravia Leisure is part of the Belgravia Health and Leisure Group (BHLG) and is the fastest growing leisure organisation in Australia.
