**Job Title:** Kiosk Attendant

We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Kiosk Attendant. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your skills in providing exceptional customer service, working in a fast-paced environment, and contributing to the success of our business.

**Responsibilities:**
• Provide outstanding customer service to all customers, ensuring their needs are met and they have a positive experience.
• Maintain the appearance and presentation of the kiosk, including keeping it clean and tidy.
• Replenish condiments and supplies as needed.
• Follow health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
• Cashier experience, taking orders and handling cash transactions efficiently and accurately.
• Apply sound cash handling principles and use of Point of Sale (POS) systems to minimize errors and optimize sales.
• Promote our products and services to patrons, highlighting their benefits and features.
• Develop and maintain good working relationships with colleagues and customers.
• Provide information on our product range, including promoting healthy food options and special deals.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including mornings, evenings, and weekends, with opportunities for overtime during peak periods.

**Requirements:**
• Positive, friendly, and helpful attitude with excellent communication skills.
• Coffee making/barista skills desirable but not essential.
• Current First Aid Certificate (Workplace Level 2) and CPR Certificate required.
• Police Check and Working with Children Check necessary for successful candidates.
• Ability to be flexible and adapt to changing situations.
• Availability to work Saturdays and Sundays, with potential for additional shifts during peak periods.
