At Forever New, we're on a mission to revolutionize the fashion industry with our innovative approach to digital marketing. As our Digital Marketing Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping our global digital marketing strategy, driving online growth, and enhancing customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute digital marketing plans that align with brand communications, customer strategy, and commercial calendars for AU, NZ, Canada, and the UK.
- Lead the brand's global digital marketing strategy in partnership with digital marketing agencies, ensuring maximum ROI and brand consistency.
- Collaborate with the CRM team to develop customer-led omni-channel campaigns, driving acquisition and retention.
- Stay ahead of the curve with emerging technologies and digital marketing trends, identifying opportunities for growth and optimization.
- Manage digital marketing budget, forecasting, and ROIs across multiple markets, ensuring data-driven decision-making.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of driving online growth and performance.
- Strong leadership skills, with experience managing direct reports and leading cross-functional teams.
- Expertise in data analytics and insight tools, including Google Analytics (GA4 experience a plus).
- Proven experience in maintaining brand standards and ensuring consistency across digital channels.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and strategies.
