We are seeking an experienced International Recruitment Specialist to join our team in Canada, the US, and Australia. As a key member of our global recruitment team, you will be responsible for sourcing, head-hunting, and pre-selecting sales representatives' profiles for our offices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and post job advertisements to attract top talent
  • Sourcing and head-hunting of relevant sales profiles through various channels
  • Screening and pre-selection of CVs from different job portals
  • Organizing and conducting phone interviews with shortlisted candidates
  • Regular follow-ups with managers on recruitment progress and pipeline management

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Minimum Diploma in Human Resource Management or equivalent
  • Proficiency in office tools, including Microsoft Word and Excel
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience as a recruiter/head-hunter
  • Excellent analytical and phone interviewing skills
  • Soft skills: organizing, negotiation, persuasion, and interpersonal skills
  • Full professional proficiency in English and French (written and spoken)

Working Hours and Environment

We offer a flexible working environment with a mix of office and remote work. Our working hours are 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
