Senior Contract Administrator

This is a key role within the contracts administration team, delivering mid-senior level projects at the elite end of the construction industry.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver high-quality results on commercial construction projects with budgets ranging from $5M to $25M, working efficiently and professionally to build strong relationships with suppliers, clients, and internal colleagues.
- Contribute to the financial performance of each project by ensuring timely delivery and effective collaboration with stakeholders.
- At least 5 years of experience in contract administration, delivering commercial construction projects in Melbourne.
- Australian citizenship or permanent residency is required.
- Candidates with experience in health and life science projects, particularly labs, research and development, and clinical spaces, are highly desirable.
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative attitude are essential for success in this role.
As a contracts administrator, you will work on one or two projects at any given time, delivering award-winning results that showcase your expertise. You will be part of a well-respected national builder that delivers projects across various sectors, including health, education, museums, and civic projects, science and laboratories, commercial offices, hotels, and more.
