We are seeking a motivated and compassionate professional to join our team as a Job Placement Specialist. As a Job Coach, you will play a vital role in empowering individuals with disabilities or injuries to build better working lives.

This is an on-site part-time position based in Launceston, Tasmania, offering the opportunity to make a real difference in people's lives. You will be responsible for encouraging and motivating clients to find their own employment, building relationships with local employers, and ensuring all activities are appropriately recorded and documented.

  • Must have experience in customer service or a client-facing role;
  • Ideal candidates will have demonstrated experience of working with people overcoming challenges;
  • Happy and confident liaising with multiple external and internal stakeholders;
  • Confident working towards Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and making placements that result in sustainable and lasting employment for clients and employers;
  • Hold a current Driver's Licence;
  • NO PRIOR EMPLOYMENT SERVICE EXPERIENCE NECESSARY.
