Customer Experience Specialist
We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Customer Experience Specialist in a dynamic, busy and fun work environment.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, providing support to colleagues, and contributing to the growth and development of our business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide outstanding customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues efficiently
  • Assist with visual merchandising, stock management, and other retail tasks as required
  • Contribute to the achievement of sales targets and promote products to customers
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay up-to-date with new trends and releases
  • Support the store team to achieve business objectives and improve overall performance

Requirements:
We are looking for someone who is passionate about fashion, has excellent communication skills, and is able to work well under pressure. You will have a minimum of 1 year's experience in a fashion retail environment and be flexible to work weekends and late-night trade when required.
