Head of Aircraft Airworthiness and Maintenance Control

Coulson Aviation Australia is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to fill the role of Head of Aircraft Airworthiness and Maintenance Control. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our aircraft maintenance activities are in compliance with airworthiness standards and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of our maintenance and reliability programs
- Ensure airworthiness compliance and regulatory adherence
- Forecast, plan, and oversee maintenance activities to ensure they are executed in accordance with the Maintenance Manual
- Manage and maintain technical records, including aircraft logbooks and maintenance-controlled data
- Collaborate with the Chief Engineer to establish and execute work plans
- Assist with investigations and promote safe work initiatives
- Comply with and promote continuous improvement initiatives
- CASA Aircraft Engineer license with B1 category
- Minimum of 3-5 years' experience in airworthiness management of aircraft
- Comprehensive knowledge of regulations and standards applicable to airworthiness of aircraft authorized to operate under the AOC
- Strong CASA Regulatory knowledge
- Clear understanding of aircraft airworthiness and maintenance control as it relates to aircraft systems
