We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Duty Manager to oversee the nightly operations at the Penguin Parade. As a key member of our team, you will provide guidance and supervision to staff and volunteers, ensuring exceptional guest interactions, site presentation, and prioritizing safety and quality.

The successful candidate will be responsible for emergency management and risk control, working closely with our team to ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience for our visitors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a diverse team to deliver exceptional customer service
  • Develop and implement effective policies and procedures to ensure site presentation and safety
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve business objectives and improve operational efficiency
  • Manage and mitigate risks, ensuring a safe and secure environment for staff, visitors, and wildlife

Requirements
  • Proven experience in customer service management, preferably in the tourism industry
