Key Responsibilities

In the role of Duty Supervisor, you will be instrumental in ensuring seamless hotel operations, managing daily tasks, and delivering outstanding service to our guests. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Welcoming and registering guests and owners, providing insights about local attractions.
  • Handling administrative duties and effectively resolving guest inquiries.
  • Building, mentoring, and leading a team to foster high standards of customer service.

Qualifications

To be eligible for this rewarding position, you should possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a Front Office setting at a supervisory level (minimum 3 years).
  • Familiarity with hotel property management systems, preferably Opera.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills with the ability to multitask.
  • A positive demeanor and a genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Exceptional time management abilities and capacity to perform under pressure.
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
  • Bookkeeping or finance experience is a plus.
  • Impeccable presentation and grooming standards.
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • Access to personal transportation is necessary due to the location.
