Job Opportunity

Seeking a skilled and organized individual to lead project management and coordination initiatives. This full-time role is ideal for someone with experience in administration, project management, or change support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare templates and artefacts using software such as MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Visio) and MS Project
  • Coordinate and facilitate project sessions and Steering Committee meetings
  • Provide drafting support for meeting materials on behalf of the Business & Planning Manager or other program managers as needed
  • Produce ad-hoc reporting to support compliance and inform leadership decision-making
  • Proactively identify and manage project risks

Required skills include Microsoft Office suite proficiency, experience with Project, Visio, and SharePoint, strong communication skills, and ability to maintain structure in an unstructured environment.
