Leadership is key to academic success. A visionary Dean of Academics will be responsible for leading the academic strategy and direction of our institution.

The role requires a high level of academic leadership, ensuring that teaching and learning meet or exceed best practice standards. This includes identifying and promoting professional development opportunities, in collaboration with Academic Heads, to ensure capability and capacity to deliver quality outcomes.

A successful candidate will have the ability to foster a dynamic, service-oriented culture within the institution, which values diversity and ensures a safe working environment.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing strategies to enhance excellence in learning and teaching
  • Providing high-level academic leadership to ensure quality outcomes in teaching and learning
  • Fostering a positive and inclusive work environment

For this role, we are looking for an individual with a PhD qualification and a minimum of 5 years experience in senior Higher Education Leadership.
