Job Title: Product Display Coordinator

The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the sales floor is visually appealing and well-organized. This includes receiving, unpacking, and merchandising products in a timely manner. The role also involves managing store displays to meet corporate standards and promoting seasonal updates.

  • Manage the setup and maintenance of product displays for specific store sections, including signage and promotional materials.
  • Oversee the receiving, unpacking, and organizing of new stock to ensure items are quickly and efficiently placed on the sales floor.
  • Act as Manager on Duty when needed, taking full responsibility for store operations, staff management, customer service, and addressing any urgent issues.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Coordinate daily activities of store associates to ensure they are performing their duties effectively and providing excellent customer service.
  2. Support onboarding and ongoing training of associates, helping them learn store policies, product knowledge, and operational procedures.
  3. Drive store sales and controls expenses by optimizing merchandising, staff performance, and customer service.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; prior experience in management and excellent communication skills preferred.
  • Ability to multitask, creative thinking, and composure under pressure essential.
