We are seeking a skilled Product Display Manager to join our team. In this role, you will oversee the receipt, display, and merchandising of products. You will also be responsible for managing store operations and staff, as well as providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced retail environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Product Receipt and Display: Ensure that all new stock is received, unpacked, and organized efficiently, with items quickly placed on the sales floor.
  • Display Setup and Maintenance: Manage the setup and maintenance of displays for specific store sections, ensuring signage is accurate and promotions are properly highlighted, following corporate guidelines for resets and seasonal updates.
  • Store Operations: Oversee the entire process of opening or closing the store, which includes securing cash, locking doors, setting alarms, and ensuring everything is in place for a smooth daily operation.
  • Staff Management: Act as Manager on Duty when needed, taking full responsibility for store operations, staff management, customer service, and addressing any urgent issues.
  • Associate Support: Help oversee the daily activities of all store associates, ensuring they are performing their duties effectively and providing excellent customer service.
  • Training and Development: Support onboarding and ongoing training of associates, helping them learn store policies, product knowledge, and operational procedures to improve their performance.
Requirements:
  • Education: High School Graduate or equivalent
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of management experience
  • Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, ability to multi-task, creative thinking, and ability to maintain composure under pressure
