Delivering Exceptional Customer Experiences

This role is based in Australia with free on-site parking. You'll work full-time from 8am - 4pm Monday to Friday (with hybrid work arrangement once fully trained).

Key Responsibilities:

  • The first point of contact for all customer inquiries and concerns.
  • Processing of customer orders with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to resolve customer order related issues promptly.
  • Develop strong relationships with suppliers to meet deadlines and exceed expectations.
  • Process warranty claims with empathy and understanding.
  • Provide support with administrative tasks and customer service duties.

  • Initiative and time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to build strong relationships.
