Research and Data Analyst

We are seeking a highly motivated Research and Data Analyst to join our national research team based in Brisbane. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in collating and analyzing data for designated QLD property markets.

The successful candidate will be responsible for tracking a range of property data variables, including vacancy, construction, and sales and leasing transactions. You will also identify investment themes and trends, report writing for subscriber clients, as well as for public facing research papers.

You will work closely with our clients to assist with their additional enquiries and research requirements. This is an excellent opportunity to be part of a market leading property research team and contribute to the growth and development of our business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collate and analyze data for designated QLD property markets
  • Track a range of property data variables, including vacancy, construction, and sales and leasing transactions
  • Identify investment themes and trends
  • Report writing for subscriber clients, as well as for public facing research papers
  • Assist clients with their additional enquiries and research requirements
Requirements:
  • A strong analytical mindset and ability to interpret complex data
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in desktop software packages, particularly Excel
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • An undergraduate degree in Property, Economics, Commerce or other related fields is highly regarded
