About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Pharmacy Research Officer to join our team. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to impactful pharmacy research that improves cardiology patient outcomes.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will provide research support, ensure adherence to study protocols, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to enhance patient care and reduce hospital readmissions.

  • Manage research tasks including participant recruitment, consent, data collection, and data integrity.
  • Support the RECARD study through record maintenance, compliance monitoring, and quality auditing.
  • Collaborate with pharmacists, researchers, and clinicians to deliver clinical and research milestones.
  • Contribute to education, training, and continuous improvement in research practices.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor of Pharmacy (or equivalent) with current AHPRA registration.
  • Experience in clinical research, ideally within cardiology or multidisciplinary care teams.
  • Strong organisational, problem-solving, and auditing skills.
  • High-level communication skills for engaging patients, carers, and healthcare professionals.
