Optimizing Mining Operations Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Mining Systems Engineer to join our team in a critical role that requires technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support for mining system applications, including Dispatch, MineCare, Caterpillar Terrain, MineStar Command, Fleet, and Health. They will also be involved in executing IS&T strategies, identifying and resolving system issues, and managing SQL databases.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support for mining system applications, including Dispatch, MineCare, Caterpillar Terrain, MineStar Command, Fleet, and Health.
- Execute IS&T strategies and provide guidance to Level 1 support teams.
- Identify and resolve system issues, offering targeted solutions and improvements.
- Manage SQL databases and contribute to documentation and knowledge sharing.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience in in-pit mining operations and mining system applications (AHS, ADS, Asset Health, FMS, Machine Guidance).
- Strong understanding of network technologies, server, and VM architecture.
- Proficiency in SQL database management.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and manage your own workload.
- A positive, self-starting attitude and commitment to teamwork.
