As a Concrete Plant Operator at Boral, you will play a key role in the efficient batching and loading of concrete, active participation in the day-to-day site operations, and proficient operation of both plant and mobile equipment.

Your day will involve:

  • Accurate batching of orders to specified mix designs with dedicated programs and systems
  • Safe operation of front-end loader to weigh up materials for batching
  • Managing day to day administration including stock control of raw materials and monthly forecasts
  • Participation in safety initiatives including pre-starts, toolboxes and incident reporting
  • General yard housekeeping and maintenance

What are we looking for?

  • Interest in the concrete industry as full training will be provided
  • Sound computer skills working with multiple systems and safety reporting
  • Current drivers' licence and white card
  • Flexibility and willingness to cover several responsibilities across the plant as required
