The ideal candidate will have:

  • Delivering premium customer service
  • Building and maintaining expert-level product knowledge
  • Replenishing and maintaining stock
  • Maintaining visual merchandising standards in store
  • Assisting the team to achieve Key Performance Indicators

To succeed in this role, you will need previous relevant retail and/or customer-service experience, a passion for the sports industry, a natural sense of urgency, and an energetic demeanor.

You will work alongside a dedicated and committed team of professionals who strive to provide a customer experience second to none. Availability to work a minimum of 3 days per week is required.
