Key Roles and Responsibilities

As an Air Operations Coordinator, you will play a vital role in driving engagement and execution excellence across our air operations. Your responsibilities will include coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to improve processes, managing day-to-day execution, conducting problem-solving activities, and communicating status updates to management.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Liaising with internal and external partners to ensure standard practices are implemented and executed.
  • Conducting necessary deep dives to resolve issues.
  • Ensuring Amazon freight is lodged as per industry standards.
  • Supporting the booking of air freight and airway bill labelling as required.
  • Overseeing the handling and screening of Amazon freight as required.
  • Communicating status updates, delays, risks, and other issues to management.
  • Monitoring air routes to identify potential issues that could impact performance.
  • Identifying opportunities to streamline operations and conducting regular analysis of processes to prevent recurrence of issues.
  • Developing reporting templates to capture key metrics including arrival time, dispatch, rejections, and delays.
  • Participating in daily calls as required.
  • Leading by example and fostering a culture of safety, customer obsession, and ownership.
