Senior Therapist Position

We are seeking an experienced Speech Pathologist to join our team in supporting older Australians to live well.

Job Summary

This role involves delivering comprehensive assessments, tailored treatments, and meaningful interventions that support independence, participation, and quality of life for older clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality assessment, treatment, and intervention services to older clients with complex communication needs.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans that address the unique needs and goals of each client.
  • Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless transitions of care and optimal outcomes for clients.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor or postgraduate degree in Speech Pathology.
  • Eligibility for membership of Speech Pathology Australia.
  • At least 2 years of experience in aged care and/or rehabilitation.
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
