Job Description:\

This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team as a Loan Officer In-Training. As a key member of our mortgage lending organization, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth.

\

As a Loan Officer In-Training, your primary responsibilities will include handling inbound leads, training to become a licensed Loan Officer, and working closely with customers, loan officers, underwriting, and processors. You will be responsible for taking applications, pulling credit, and learning our internal loan origination system (Encompass).

\

You will also have the opportunity to develop client retention strategies and follow-up procedures, as well as act as a brand ambassador for our company by promoting us as a preferred lender. Additionally, you will learn and utilize various in-house systems at our company.

Required Skills and Qualifications:\

We are looking for candidates who possess previous call center experience, experience in collecting leads, and proficiency with Microsoft Word and Outlook. Basic lead management knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities are also essential.
